In The Kitchen: Homemade Ice Pops

Let’s be honest, it’s fuckin' hot out there. July, and it’s only just begun. We’ve started exploring ways to keep cool this summer, and so far these blend-and-pour frozen pops are at the top of the list. Super easy to make at home and appropriate for any time of day- you’ve got to try this one (or countless other combinations) for yourself!

Watermelon-Coconut-Lime ice pops:

What you’ll need:
  • 2 ½ cups of fresh watermelon cubed
  • ½ cup of fresh raw coconut cubed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbls Honey

How to:
  • Combine all ingredients into a blender. Pulse to desired texture (longer blend = smoother texture)
  • Pour into pop molds
  • Put in freezer
  • Wait 6 hours
  • Enjoy
